Parent Meeting for Students Attending

Daytona Conference

Wednesday, July 8^th @ 5:30 p.m.

Please be on time for this very important

meeting!  Detailed information will be provided at the

meeting.  The conference requires that each student

have a notarized form completed in order to attend.

We have arranged for a Public Notary to be present

during the above meeting times only!  Otherwise,

you will be responsible for your own form prior to

leaving for the conference, so please take advantage

of this opportunity.
